Day 01 :
Delhi - Pathankot :
(Train)
Morning
arrive Delhi and transfer to Railway Station to board train for
Pathankot. Overnight on board.
Day 02 :
Pathankot - Dalhousie :
(80 kms by Road)
Morning arrive Pathankot and drive to
Dalhousie. On arrival check into hotel for overnight stay.
Named after Lord Dalhousie, who discovered the beautiful
place. Sprawling around five hills the town is a popular summer
resort.
Day 03 :
Dalhousie - full day excursion to Khajjiar & Chamba : (56 kms by Road)
Morning move to Chamba.
Chamba (1900 m) is western most district of Himachal Pradesh. The
river Chenab runs through in the north and the River Ravi in the
south. In the centre of the town there is a spacious playground
called the Chowgan, a grassy field (805 m in length 73 m wide).
Among the most interesting objects in Chamba ara a number of
richly carved temples.Today
full day excursion visiting Khajjiar and Chamba town. Overnight at
hotel in Dalhousie.

Day 04 :
Dalhousie - Dharamshala :
(135 kms by Road)
Morning move to Dharamsala by road.After
a leisurely breakfast, drive closer to the panoramic Dhauladhar
ranges and upto the enchanting town of Dharamshala. After settling
into the resort, Imbibe the magic of the ‘White Ranges’ and of
history and nature as much as you can while visiting the Tibetan
Monastery, St. John’s church in the wilderness, Trichund Peak,
Odichi huts, Dal lake, Naddi. Shop in the bazaar for Tibetan
handicrafts in the evening. Overnight at Dharamshala.
Day 05 : Dharamshala :
Dharamshala is
divided into upper and lower towns and
the
altitude varies from
1250 m to 2000 m. Dharamshala is also the seat of His Holiness,
the Dalai lama, who now lives in Mcleod Ganj
(1730 m)
in upper town. Is is also called the 'Little Lhasa' of India.
Evening free for independent
activities. Overnight stay at hotel in Dharamshala.
Day 06: Dharamshala -Pathankot(90 kms)- Delhi :
(by train)
Leave for Delhi .On arrival move
for onward destination.
